Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with Dizzy Birds Crafts! Please read our pre-order policy carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

If you place an order that includes both pre-order items and in-stock products, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive.

To receive your in-stock items sooner, we kindly ask that you place two separate orders:

• One for pre-order items
• One for in-stock products

Please note that we are unable to split orders after they have been placed, as this can lead to logistical challenges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Pre-Order Shipping Dates

While we do our best to dispatch pre-order items on the estimated dates provided, there may occasionally be delays due to supplier issues or other factors beyond our control. If there are any significant changes to your pre-order timeline, we will notify you as soon as possible.
